1. Register Your Company

Create your Axio Oil Suite account, verify your phone number and choose your subscription plan.
Sign up at axio.housqaid.com/auth/register.php
Enter your company name, email and phone number
Select your country (Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya or South Africa)
Verify your phone number with the OTP SMS
Choose a subscription plan or start your free 7-day trial
2. Add Your Branches

Create your branch locations and configure each site with its pumps, tanks and products.
Go to Office → Branches → Add Branch
Enter the branch name, address and branch type (Fuel Station, Restaurant, Supermarket or Mixed)
Add fuel products (Petrol, Diesel, LPG) for each branch
Add storage tanks with capacity and current level
Add pumps and assign them to tanks
3. Invite Your Team

Add managers, cashiers and branch staff with the right access levels.
Go to Office → Staff → Add Staff
Enter the staff member's name, phone and email
Assign them a role: Branch Manager, Supervisor, Cashier, etc.
Assign them to a specific branch
They receive login credentials via SMS
4. Record Daily Operations

Start recording meter readings, sales, deliveries and expenses every day.
Branch staff open a Daily Session each morning
Record opening meter readings for all pumps
Log fuel deliveries as they arrive
Close the session at end of day with closing readings
Sales are calculated automatically from the meter difference
5. Review Reports

Monitor performance, identify issues and export data for your accountant.
Office → Reports shows consolidated multi-branch data
Daily reports are submitted by branch managers for approval
Export any report to PDF or Excel with one click
Set up automatic SMS summaries to your phone
View variance reports to detect pump discrepancies
6. Manage Subscriptions

Upgrade, downgrade or renew your subscription. Manage billing.
Go to Subscription from the sidebar
View your current plan, expiry date and usage limits
Click a plan card to upgrade or change plan
Payment is processed securely via Paystack
Billing occurs on the 26th of each month

The web platform requires an internet connection, but your data is securely stored in the cloud and accessible from any device at any time.
It depends on your plan. Starter allows up to 3 branches, Professional up to 15, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Yes. All reports can be exported to PDF or Excel. You can also request a full data export at any time.
Axio Oil Suite is fully responsive and works excellently on mobile browsers. A dedicated Android app is in development.
Your full-featured account is created instantly — no credit card required. After 7 days, you choose a plan to continue or your account is paused (data retained for 30 days).
Yes. Each user has their own login credentials and role-based access. All activity is logged for audit purposes.
Branch managers can submit reports for previous days. Head office admins can also submit or approve reports on their behalf.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
