Terms of Service

Last updated: 01 April 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Axio Oil Suite.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Axio Oil Suite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Axio Oil Suite is a cloud-based fuel station management platform providing tools for pump management, tank monitoring, sales reporting, staff management, credit sales tracking, multi-branch management and related business operations for petrol stations and fuel depot operators.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • One company registration per legal business entity. Multiple subsidiaries may use branch features.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Billing occurs on the 26th of each month for monthly plans.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months.
  • A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card is required for the trial.
  • All prices are shown in GHS, NGN, KES or ZAR depending on your registered country.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of payment may be eligible for a pro-rata refund — contact support.
  • Your data is retained for 12 months after cancellation and can be exported at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the platform. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, force majeure, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axio Technology Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Axio Oil Suite platform, including its design, code, features and branding, is the intellectual property of Axio Technology Ltd. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes.
